Our support groups are available without a GP referral, waiting list or cost.

All three routes follow the stunning Causeway coastline - with stunning sea views and plenty of challenge along the way.

Your entry includes:

Your FUNDRAISING depends on the distance you choose - 

• 7 miles - £100
• 13 miles - £150
• 20 miles - £200

Important information

• Minimum age: 14 (under 18s must be accompanied by an adult)
• No dogs permitted
• Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable

Cut-off times

These cut-off times are in place for safety. Our event partners, Geology Rocks Adventure, may need to remove participants from the course if they fall outside these times.

• 20 miles: 5 hours to halfway
• 13 miles: 3.5 hours to halfway

If you think the cut-off times may be challenging, please speak to a member of the team before or on the day.
