Slieve Donard Trek - Saturday October 9th 2021

Join AWARE on Saturday 9th October 2021 and take on Slieve Donard to mark World Mental Health Day!

Slieve Donard is the highest peak of the Mourne Mountains, a whopping 2789ft to be exact! The views from the summit are extraordinary and on a clear day, the Isle of Man, Wicklow, Donegal, Wales, and Scotland may be seen, as well as the long stretch of Newcastle Beach. The AWARE Slieve Donard Trek event is managed by LIFE mountain experts and guides who will be on hand to ensure this is a safe and enjoyable walk up Slieve Donard.

Registration Fee: £25

Suggested Minimum Sponsorship: £80

Note: Walkers must be over 11 years old and where under 18 years they MUST be accompanied by an experienced adult walker.
