Living Life to The Full is a six week programme based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and is particularly beneficial for those people experiencing low mood, stress and/or mild to moderate depression.
Living Life to The Full teaches skills which can be used in everyday life. The courses are open and completely free for people to attend however participants wishing to take part must register their place first by getting in touch with us on 028 7126 0602 or applying for a place by clicking here. Places are offered out on a first come first served basis.
The Living Life to The Full programme can help you manage your feelings when you are stressed, worried or depressed and learn simple practical skills to help you cope with life’s challenges.
Denise McConnell is Education and Training Manager (Western Trust Area) for Aware Defeat Depression and would highly recommend this course,
“Living Life to The Full is a self-help programme based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy concepts, which focuses on our thinking, behaviour and feelings. When we are experiencing low mood, stress or depression we tend to think and behave in unhelpful ways and we can get caught in a vicious circle which can make us feel worse physically and mentally. LLTTF helps us to make simple changes to both thinking and behaviour in order to turn the vicious circle into a virtuous one.
“I would encourage anyone with mild to moderate depression, or who cares for someone with depression to apply to the Living Life to The Full programme which has been described as ‘life changing’ by many who take part."
