By taking part in a sponsored walk, you can look after your mental “elf” and raise vital funds for AWARE, enabling us to continue to support those who are living with depression, anxiety and bipolar disorder.
Tips on how to host your own sponsored walk
- Choose a target (5K, 10K, 10,000 steps and so on!)
- Pick a day to do your walk.
- Take part and have fun!
