AWARE welcomes Kearney’s Randalstown as new corporate partner!
AWARE is delighted to welcome supermarket retailer, Kearney’s Randalstown as our new corporate partner for 2021.
Kearney's have been serving the Randalstown community for over 50 years and as a family run business they offer first-class customer service along with freshly prepared and locally sourced goods! Having won “Community Store of the year” at the 2019 Neighbourhood Retailer Awards, the company are delighted to be working with AWARE to raise awareness and vital funds for mental health in Northern Ireland.

Donna McAllister, Store Supervisor at Kearney’s said: “AWARE was nominated by a few members of our team to fundraise for this year and we were delighted with this choice as mental health is so important, particularly during COVID-19. We are looking forward to raise as much funds as possible as a team for a well deserving charity in Northern Ireland that gives back to the people.”
Kearney’s first fundraising challenge kicked off on 1st February with staff taking part in a 60 mile walking challenge for the month to encourage staff to get active and raise vital funds for AWARE!
Lisa Abell-Farrelly, Corporate Relationship Officer at AWARE said: “We are delighted to be working in partnership with Kearney’s in Randalstown this year. We can’t wait to see what staff plan to do this year to raise some vital funds that will enable us to continue to develop and expand our services for those affected by depression, anxiety and bipolar disorder.
